4 – 12 Years old? Join us for fun, games and sports during the School Holidays! Nesta Holiday Club is an exciting School Holiday venture, which takes place at The Old Latymerians Sports Club, Wills Crescent and will be open throughout the year.                     At Nesta we take all children from all schools on a first come first served basis. The club offers the following hours to fit in with your individual requirements: SHORT DAY: 9.00am–4.00pm £22 per day EXTENDED DAY: 8.30am–5.30pm £25 per day. HALF DAY: 9-1 or 12-5 £16 All morning and afternoon meals, snacks, fresh fruit and cold drinks are included. Children must bring a packed lunch. Our Day: Upon arrival the children will have tea and buscuits available to them should they be tired/thirsty/hungry. Our staff will have got various activities ready for them inside our premesis. After our Breakfast meal at 10am, we open the doors to our beautiful outdoors. The kids are then allowed free flow play between the sports fields, the 'forest' and back indoors until lunch at midday. At Nesta while we do plan activities in advance, we do not have a set time and day for certain activities and we certainly do not insist that all the kids take part in any activities that they do not really want to. If they want to play football they can, if they just want to sit in the sun reading a book they can. We are led by them and what they want to do. Obviously we do plan large activities such as woodwork, Easter egg hunts and themed seasonal activities but if any of them are not interested in these, they can decide for themselves what they want to do. Lunch is a parent supplied packed lunch, which is taken at midday. The children will all sit together either inside or preferably outside (picnic style) should the weather permit. After lunch, new activities will be prepared or suggested and again there is free flow play between the different areas until our afternoon meal at around 3pm. At any time during the day, should a child or children become tired out, we have a small 'quiet room' which is full of beanbags and cushions. We have kitted this room out with a T.V. and DVD player along with 'mood lighting' where they can relax. Depending on the length of day you have booked, the kids will be picked up at either 4pm (where they will undoubtedly be grumpy that they are 'leaving early'!) or 5.30pm. Unfortunately we cannot mix and match these drop-off and pick-up times.
